Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how to request refunds for HoldUp subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Since all payments are processed by Apple, refund requests must be made directly through Apple's refund system.

Apple App Store Refunds

All HoldUp subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's App Store. As such, all refund requests must be processed by Apple according to their standard refund policy and procedures.

Apple handles refunds for:

• Monthly subscription fees

• Annual subscription fees

• Accidental purchases

• Technical issues preventing app use

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your HoldUp subscription, you have several options:

Option 1: Report a Problem (Recommended)

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Sign in with your Apple ID

3. Find your HoldUp purchase

4. Select "Request a refund"

5. Choose your reason and submit

Option 2: Through iPhone Settings

1. Open Settings on your iPhone

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top

3. Tap "Media & Purchases"

4. Tap "Purchase History"

5. Find HoldUp and tap "Report a Problem"

Option 3: Contact Apple Support

• Visit support.apple.com

• Use the "Get Support" option

• Select "Subscriptions & Purchases"

• Choose "Request a refund"

Free Trial Cancellation

During Your Free Trial: You can cancel your subscription anytime during the 7-day free trial period without being charged. Simply cancel through your Apple App Store subscription settings before the trial ends.

How to Cancel During Trial:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top

3. Tap "Subscriptions"

4. Find HoldUp and tap it

5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged and can continue using the app until the trial period ends.

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours, but it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Refund Methods: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, Apple ID balance, etc.).

App Access: If your refund is approved, your access to HoldUp premium features will be revoked, and your subscription will be cancelled.

tallfellastudios' Role

As the developer of HoldUp, tallfellastudios does not directly process payments or refunds. All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store.

We cannot:

• Process refunds directly

• Override Apple's refund decisions

• Access your payment information

• Provide refunds outside of Apple's system

• Technical support for app issues

• Guidance on using HoldUp features

• Clarification on subscription terms

• General questions about the refund process

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues: If you're experiencing technical problems that prevent you from using HoldUp, please contact us at holduphelp@gmail.com before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve the issue quickly.

Accidental Purchases: Apple is generally understanding about accidental purchases, especially if you report them quickly. Use the "Report a Problem" feature as soon as possible.

Billing Issues: For billing disputes or unauthorized charges, contact Apple Support directly as they handle all payment processing.
