HoldUp is a mobile application designed to help users manage their phone usage by adding mindful pauses before opening configured apps. The App integrates with iOS Screen Time functionality to provide this service.

Key features include:

Free Trial: HoldUp offers a 7-day free trial period. When you first install and set up the App, you will choose between a monthly or yearly subscription plan during the onboarding process. Your selected subscription will begin automatically after the 7-day trial period ends, unless you cancel before the trial expires. During the trial, you have full access to all App features at no cost.

Subscription Options: During app setup, you choose from the following subscription plans:

Payment Processing: All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. When you start your free trial, you select your preferred subscription plan, and payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account after your free trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple App Store account settings.

Pricing: Subscription prices are set by us and displayed in the App and Apple App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes and currency conversion rates.

Canceling Your Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription during the free trial period without being charged. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for your first billing period.

Refund Policy: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or use the "Report a Problem" feature in your Apple App Store account.

Continued Access: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use HoldUp. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App and enter into these Terms.

HoldUp requires access to iOS Screen Time functionality to operate. By using the App, you understand and agree that:

HoldUp and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by tallfellastudios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any rights to:

Service Availability: We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available 100% of the time or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALLFELLASTUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Health and Wellness: While HoldUp is designed to help manage phone usage, it is not a medical device or treatment. Consult healthcare professionals for serious technology addiction concerns.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and canceling your subscription through the Apple App Store.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect as to any prior use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where tallfellastudios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
